Quality & Compliance

Fleet-critical procurement runs on specification control, documentation and traceability. Here is how we approach it — backed by verified DoD compliance and certifications.

Quality Assurance

A process built on specification control

Our quality approach centers on specification control, material identification, inspection coordination, dimensional verification, testing, documentation, traceability, certificate management and supplier quality — applied according to each program's requirements.

Standards & Specifications

Reviewed against your specification

Requirements are reviewed against applicable project, customer and industry specifications — including standards bodies such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, MSS, SAE and UNS designations, as well as applicable military and customer-specific specifications, engineering drawings and project documents.

Traceability

Complete material traceability

Fleet-critical and mission-critical materials may require traceability from material through heat or lot, production, inspection, certification and shipment. Depending on the product and program, available documentation may include:

Mill Test Reports

Material property and chemistry records from the producing mill.

Material Test Certificates

Certification of material conformity to the specified grade.

Certificate of Conformance

Statement of conformity to purchase order and specification requirements.

Inspection Reports

Records of performed inspection activities and results.

PMI Reports

Positive material identification verification records.

NDT Reports

Non-destructive testing documentation where required.

Dimensional Reports

Verification of dimensional conformity to drawing.

Certificate of Origin

Country-of-origin documentation where required by program.

Document availability is project- and product-dependent and is confirmed at the RFQ stage.

Verified Defense Compliance & Certification Framework
