• A binding agreement arises only upon written acceptance of a purchase order by Innovize Solutions
• Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to material availability at the time of order
• Where a quotation and these Terms conflict, the terms of the written quotation or accepted purchase order govern

5. Government Relationship and Compliance Status

Innovize Solutions LLC is a private commercial supplier. References on this website to defense domains, naval platforms, military applications and program categories describe the types of requirements we support. Such references do not indicate any contract, subcontract, endorsement or affiliation by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy, or any other government agency or authority.

Innovize Solutions’ compliance and certification status — CMMC Level 2 / NIST SP 800-171, DoD Joint Certification Program (JCP), DFARS cybersecurity and specialty metals requirements, and the Berry Amendment and Buy American Act — is as described on our Quality & Compliance page. Such status is subject to the requirements and verification cycles of the relevant programs. Unless expressly stated in writing, Innovize Solutions makes no representation that it is ITAR registered, AS9100 or ISO certified, NAVSEA-approved, or holder of any facility or personnel security clearance.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of specifications, drawings and requirements you provide
